GRACE MARK FOR REHABILITATION ACTIVITIES : APPLY NOW THROUGH PORTAL

Web-portal is open for eligible students to apply for Grace marks for rehabilitation activities in flood affected areas.
Eligible students can apply through web-portal from 27th March to 1st April 2019 for Grace marks for rehabilitation activities in the flood affected areas . Tutorial for procedure to be followed in student login is available herewith. Students should upload the scanned copy of relevant documents self attested and counter signed by HoD / principal (with college seal) through student login. Staff advisor will verify and Principal will approve the request made by each student through web-portal. Tutorial for Staff advisors and Principals will be sent as mail to Colleges.

NEW VICE CHANCELLOR FOR KTU

Dr. Rajasree M.S. is selected as the new VC of, APJ A KTU

The Hon'ble Governor Shri Justice (Retd) P. Sathasivam has approved the Selection Committee's recommendation to appoint Dr. Rajasree M.S., as Vice Chancellor, APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University of Kerala.

The appointment, for a period of four years from the date on which she assumes office is as per section 13(2) of the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University Act of 2015.
Dr. Rajasree is currently, Principal, Govt. Engineering College, Barton Hill, Thiruvananthapuram.

Dr. V.K. Ramachandran, Vice Chairman Kerala State Planning Board, Shri Tom Jose, Chief Secretary and Prof. K.K. Agarwal, former VC, Indraprastha University, New Delhi were the members of the selection committee.


She is Professor in Computer Science and Engineering and has served  in government engineering colleges under the Technical Education Department, Government of Kerala  for the past 24 years as Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Professor and Principal.  Before joining this college,  she was the  Director of Indian Institute of Information Technology Management –IIITMK. She has been serving the academic community for the past 26 years in teaching, research and taking leadership roles in several academic activities such as introduction of new courses at the Post Graduate level, curriculum design, conduct of university examination etc. Her research interests include Distributed and Object Oriented Software Engineering, Cloud Computing and Pattern recognition. She also contributes to the conceptualization and implementation of information systems for the government being a member of various technical committees. During her tenure as Director of IIITMK, she was responsible for anchoring a large number of IT projects and capacity building initiatives for e-Governance at the state and national level. She has a good number of publications in international conferences and journals and has also served in the programme/technical committees of a large number of national/international conferences.

INSTRUCTION FOR REGISTRATION


1. All fields in the registration form are mandatory.

2. Candidates can select their college of study from the list. If the college is not present in the list, the candidate can type their college name and press Enter key.

3. Candidate should enter their correct college ID card number in the space provided.

4. Candidate should select the examination venue where he/she wish to appear for the examination.

5. Candidate should provide their own mobile number. Use of same mobile number for multiple candidates is not allowed.

6. Candidate should verify their mobile number using One-time password sent to their mobile for successful registration.

7. Uploading of photograph, signature and ID Card are mandatory.

8. The images should be uploaded according to the specifications provided In the registration page.
